At Modivra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items intentionally damaged after delivery

- Provide your order number.
- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
